TRANSPARENCY, COMMUNICATION & STRUCTURE
Our Project Management Extranet allows you to follow progress on your site on day by day basis. Our Weekly reports keep all stakeholders fully informed. We adhere to a structured and comprehensive Project Management approach.
Discovery
We begin by establishing your priorities in a comprehensive requirements gathering or 'Discovery' Phase. This is a valuable exercise and will challenge your thinking about your site.
Proposal
Once we have an in depth understanding of your requirements we will present a fixed price proposal outlining all aspects of the development process, scope, costs, deliverables and responsibilities.
Design
We will present you with site design options and walk you through our recommendations for the look and feel,
information architecture and usability aspects of the site.
Build
During the build phase we will construct the site functionality and content management system to a predefined set of development and coding standards.
Test
Before you receive the site we will put it through a batch of rigorous tests to ensure that the functionality is operating correctly and that the system is stable and robust.
Administration
We will train nominated employees on how to update the site. The update process can easily be carried out by non technical personnel.
Promotion
We will work with you to prepare a promotion strategy. This can include the promotion of the site both internally in terms of how it is integrated with you current systems and externally through online and offline promotions.
