WEBkitchen's own Site Manager is an advanced content management system that allows non-technical users to easily update information on their websites without learning HTML or fear of ruining the site design. How does it work? At setup you can specify exactly what content can (and can't) be modified. Users just login into Site Manager, click on the page name, type in the new content and they're done. Pages are instantly updated! What could be easier?

All of our sites are constructed on a robust and flexible Content Management System (CMS) which facilitates the easy addition/editing of site sections and content by non technical personnel.

The CMS facilitates the inclusion of any type of content into the site, whether documents, pdf's spreadsheets, application forms, brochures, photos or files.

Features of the Content Management System

Accessible: Access to the system is through any web browser and greatly facilitates a geographically diverse team.

Scalable: there is no limit to the number of categories of content or individual pages/documents that can be added to the system.

Secure: All users have a secure login and password to access the administration system of the CMS.

One Licence: The licence for this software is a 'once off' licence fee. There are no extra charges for extra users or extra content or upgrades.

User Types: The CMS allows for the creation of different types of users from Administrators to Editors to Writers, each with varying permission levels to access different parts of the CMS.

Workflow: Inbuilt approval workflows allow the administrator to refer content to various reviewers before content is published live.

Demonstration: A demonstration of the CMS' capabilities can be provided.
